Short Term HIIT increase VO2max, but can’t decrease Free Fatty Acids in Women Sedentary Lifestyle

چکیده

Previous studies have investigated the effects of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on cardiorespiratory fitness and body composition in overweight populations. However, short-term effect HIIT free fatty acids (FFA) serum women sedentary lifestyle is not clearly understood. The aim this study was to investigate 2-week high intensity fat percentage, acids, VO2max adult women. fourteen young (18–30 years old) randomly divided control groups. group performed two-weeks program, 20 min repeated 10 s cycling interspersed with 50 rest intervals per session, four days a week. variables were taken before after intervention. result showed improved significantly (p<0.05) change percentage decreased compared control. FFA levels raised reduced control, but they different between groups (p≥0.05). conclusion reveals that can be reliable strategy for countering obesity population improving level lessen percentage. It may cause by increase energy metabolism. its underlying mechanism seem via FFA. Then further needs conducted figure out other metabolic subtances human body. Keywords: HIIT; VO2max; Free Fatty Acids; SGDs; Healthy Lifestyle

Effect of Short and Long-Term Treatment with Omega-3 Fatty Acids on Scopolamine-Induced Amnesia

Two omega-3 fatty acids including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are essential for the physiologic function of neuronal cell membrane. Normal function of neuronal cell membrane requires appropriate composition of fatty in its structure. Present study was designed to compare the effect of short-term and long-term pretreatment with omega-3 fatty acids on scopolamine...

Salicylate prevents hepatic insulin resistance caused by short-term elevation of free fatty acids in vivo.

Recent evidence indicates that inflammatory pathways are causally involved in insulin resistance. In particular, Ikappa Balpha kinase beta (IKKbeta ), which can impair insulin signaling directly via serine phosphorylation of insulin receptor substrates (IRS) and/or indirectly via induction of transcription of proinflammatory mediators, has been implicated in free fatty acid (FFA)-induced insuli...

Free fatty acids/triglycerides increase ocular and subcutaneous blood flow.

Elevated plasma free fatty acids (FFA) induce skeletal muscle insulin resistance and impair endothelial function. The aim of this study was to characterize the acute hemodynamic effects of FFA in the eye and skin. A triglyceride (Intralipid 20%, 1.5 ml/min)/heparin (bolus: 200 IU; constant infusion rate: 0.2 IU. kg(-1). min(-1)) emulsion or placebo was administered to 10 healthy subjects. Measu...

Free Fatty Acids Profiles Are Related to Gut Microbiota Signatures and Short-Chain Fatty Acids

A growing body of evidence highlights the relevance of free fatty acids (FFA) for human health, and their role in the cross talk between the metabolic status and immune system. Altered serum FFA profiles are related to several metabolic conditions, although the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Recent studies have highlighted the link between gut microbiota and host metabolism. However, alt...
